The Green River Development Fund, Inc is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization under the umbrella of the Green River URA / Main Street Agency whose purpose and mission is to raise funds in support of revitalization efforts of downtown and other targeted areas of Green River. 

 

Beginning in 2017, after nearly 35 years as a standalone volunteer group, the Flaming Gorge Days celebration event began its transition over to the Green River Development Fund.  The Flaming Gorge Days Committee can now use the leverage of a non-profit entity to build support and growth of the event while continuing its long standing tradition of offering a great family fun event celebrating Green River and its rich history each summer.  As Flaming Gorge Days continues to grow, the Green River Development Fund will be able to better support its efforts and the efforts of the URA / Main Street Agency.
